TARIFF & TERMS

Terms per person per night are Bed & Breakfast, from £35.00-47.50, date and room dependant, excluding Bank Holidays and December 23rd - January 2nd. Single occupancy a £10 supplement per night will apply when available.

Please note that at weekends there is a minimum 2 night stay, and minimum 3 nights at Bank Holidays (including Christmas and New Year).

A deposit equal to the first night's stay is required to secure the booking by cheque payable to Wynford or by Credit/Debit Card which can be done over the telephone only.

We are open all year.

The house is strictly non-smoking.

We can accommodate children only over 10 years of age.

We accept guests with well behaved dogs only in the ground floor room where a £15 supplement will apply for the duration of the stay.

CANCELLATION
Please note that once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract and any deposit you may have paid is non-refundable. If you need to cancel please contact us immediately. For cancellations made up to 10 days before your booking you will not be liable for the total balance.
For cancellations made after this time or by failing to take up the booking without cancelling, you will be liable for the total amount of accommodation booked.
For this reason you may wish to take out cancellation insurance, which is inexpensive and can be obtained from any good broker.
